Description
A wonderful player's grade F-25 due to a headstock repair from a long time ago. Neck is straight & plays great. Warm, rich tone with excellent sound projection. Priced right & professionally set up, ready for action straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Lots of good honest play wear - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. There is a repaired crack in the back of the headstock behind the nut. There are a number of amateur finish touch ups on the headstock & neck that were poorly done. The neck is sturdy & stable with no playability issues. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with a cool vintage vibe & nice patina.
Neck: Wide profile mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Beautiful Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Kluson Deluxe strip tuners work great. 2" nut width & 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Double-bound, round shoulder dreadnought in natural finish. Solid spruce top with double white pickguards & 3-ring rosette. Rosewood bridge with compensated saddle & cream end pins. The bridge was reglued some time ago & is very stable. Mahogany back & sides. There are no electronics & the guitar weighs 3 lbs 13.4 oz.
Case: Vintage chipboard case included.
