Description
A vintage 1957 Gibson GA-8 Gibsonette tube combo amp. Considered the big brother of the GA-5 Les Paul amp, the Gibsonette takes the very "Champ-y" GA-5 circuit and makes it bigger--adding a second 6V6 in parallel on top of larger transformers and a larger cabinet/speaker. The result is same harmonically-complex crunch without the small sound of a student-sized amp. A great combo for recording or small gigs. This amp has been cleaned and tested. It is fuly functional and sounds great.
