A nice player's grade, true vintage J-50 ADJ offering a rich, vibrant tone. The top was oversprayed & the pickguard is missing. However, there are no cracks & the guitar plays great! Professionally set up & ready for action straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish blemishes/wear. Cool vintage vibe with a nice patina.
Neck: Slender profile mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Beautifully figured Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets show some wear, but still have plenty of life in them. Kluson Deluxe tuners work great. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod functions.
Body: Double-bound, round shoulder dreadnought in natural finish. Solid spruce top is missing its pickguard. Most likely removed when the top was oversprayed. Rosewood bridge with ADJ saddle. Solid mahogany back & sides. There are no electronics & the guitar weighs 4 lbs 4 oz.
Case: Nice twee hardshell case included.
