Cosmetic Condition: This one needed some work when it came in - some loose binding & braces were reglued as well as the pickguard & bridge. Lots of good, honest play wear - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & finish wear. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with an authentic, vintage vibe & beautiful patina.
Neck: Nicely rounded, mahogany neck with cream side-dots. The first four side-dots are replacements. Dark Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Partial refret up to the 12th fret. Frets are clean with no wear. Original Kluson Deluxe strip tuners with replacement white buttons. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Double-bound, round shoulder dreadnought in Natural finish. Solid spruce top shows off lots of wear. Rosewood bridge with unoriginal compensated saddle. Tortoise pickguard & multi-ring rosette. Solid mahogany back & sides. There are no electronics & the guitar weighs 4 lbs 4.2 oz.
