A truly magnificent example of the single-cut Les Paul TV Model in limed mahogany finish. This gorgeous Junior was just recently traded in by a local customer who originally purchased it from us about ten years ago. A superb player with incredible tone & feel - the guitar has a wonderful natural acoustic resonance to it, but once it's plugged in, look out! The single P-90 delivers muscular yet dynamic tones with sustain that lasts forever. This one has just the right amount of wear & the TV Yellow finish is stunning! Cosmetic Condition: The right look, with good, honest play wear, just the way we like to see them - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches & some pick wear on the guard. Overall the guitar has a great, true vintage look with an ultra cool vibe, gorgeous patina & the TV Yellow finish is fantastic!
Neck: Semi-chunky, one-piece mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Beautiful Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Original frets show some light wear & have plenty of life in them. The buttons on the original tuners deteriorated so the tuners were replaced with proper repros. However, the originals are included with the guitar. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Single-cut, one-piece solid mahogany body finished in TV Yellow. Original wrap-around nickel tailpiece & black pickguard. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 9.3 oz.
Electronics: Original P-90 single coil with black "dog ear" cover - 8.42K ohms. Master volume & tone controls with original black "top hat" knobs & 3-ply black jackplate. Original pots & "bumble bee" cap. All solder points are original & all electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original faux alligator chipboard case is in great shape!
