An exquisite Les Paul Special featuring a pair of creamy sounding P-100 humbuckers. The slender profile neck is super comfortable & plays perfectly anywhere on the fretboard. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action, so it's ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Used, but not abused - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches & some finish wear. There's a light ghosting image of the letter K in the top of the body just below the tailpiece from a previous decal. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with an authentic vintage vibe & beautiful patina.
Neck: Slender profile mahogany neck with nicely aged cream binding & black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with practically no wear. Grover Rotomatic mini tuners work great. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works perfectly.
Body: Single-cutaway, solid mahogany body with sunburst finish top. Stopbar tailpiece with ABR-1 bridge & 5-ply black pickguard. Guitar weighs 9 lbs 4 oz.
Electronics: Dual P-100 humbuckers with black "soap bar" covers & 3-way toggle switch. Dual volume & tone controls with black "top hat" knobs. Pots date to '89 & all electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included. The combination latch has broken off the case.
