A true vintage LG-1 & a lovely player's grade due to the modified bridge. The small body & slender neck profile make it such a joy to play & so easy to maneuver around. Professionally set up & offering a bright, punchy tone guaranteeing hours of playing enjoyment.
Cosmetic Condition: Lots of good honest play wear with an authentic vintage look - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. Overall the guitar has a great vibe to it with a beautiful patina.
Neck: Slender profile mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Kluson Deluxe strip tuners in good working condition. 1 9/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod functions.
Body: Double-bound, small body with ladder bracing. Solid spruce top in sunburst finish. The sunburst has faded considerably, but is still somewhat noticeable along the edges. Unoriginal rosewood bridge & bridge plate with added pearloid dot in the top. Large tortoise pickguard & 3-layer rosette. Mahogany back & sides. There are no electronics & the guitar weighs 4 lbs 0.7 oz.
