This rare, Limited Edition SG is number 64 of only 500 produced, featuring a solid Korina body & neck. Fully inspected & professionally set up with fresh strings so it's ready to play straight out out the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Marvelous condition for being over 30 years old! Various light surface scratches throughout & some pickwear on the guard, but quite clean for the most part. There's a tiny black "birthmark" in the wood in the treble-side cutaway. Overall the guitar looks great & has an ultra cool vibe to it.
Neck: Slim taper Korina neck with cream binding & black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl trapezoid inlays. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Gibson Deluxe tuners with Keystone buttons. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works perfectly.
Body: Contoured, solid Korina "sandwich" body in natural finish. Stopbar tailpiece & Tune-O-Matic bridge with large 5-ply black pickguard. Guitar weighs 6 lbs 11.1 oz & is exceptionally resonant!
Electronics: Dual Gibson humbuckers with 3-way toggle switch. Dual volume & tone controls with black "top hat" knobs. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Earlier-period Gibson "chainsaw" hardshell case included.
