Description

A great player's grade Junior due in large part to the headstock repair & total refin. Despite these issues, the guitar still plays & sounds great, with a super cook, true vintage tone.

Cosmetic Condition: The guitar has been completely refinished with a new headstock logo. There's a headstock repair in the back of the neck & the pickguard is not original.

Neck: Wide, flat profile mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Original frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Original Kluson Deluxe strip tuners. 1 5/8" (transitional) nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.

Body: Contoured, solid mahogany body with original, compensated, wrap-around bridge. Unoriginal black plexi pickguard. Guitar weighs a delightful 5 lbs 5.4 oz & is very resonant.

Electronics: Original P-90 single with black "dog ear" cover - 8.10K ohms. Master volume & tone controls with black "top hat" knobs. Pots date to '65 & all electronics are in good working condition.

Case: Vintage chipboard case included.
