A silky smooth player loaded with a pair of killer sounding humbuckers that deliver warm, rich tones. The slender neck is super comfy & plays nicely up & down the fretboard. Professionally set up & ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Good honest play wear with an ultra cool, true vintage vibe - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. The original Cherry finish has faded considerably over the years & turned into brown.
Overall the guitar has a great look to it with a nice patina.
Neck: Slender profile mahogany neck with nicely aged cream binding & black side-dots.
Dark rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl block inlays. Frets are in great shape with very little wear. Gibson diecast tuners in perfect working condition. 1 9/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Contoured, solid mahogany body with 5-ply small black pickguard. Stopbar tailpiece & "harmonica" bridge with adjustable saddles. Guitar weighs 6 lbs 11 oz.
Electronics: Dual Gibson "tarback" humbuckers with black bezels. Dual volume & tone controls with black "witch hat" knobs; 3-way toggle switch. Pot dates that can be read date to '70 & all electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Vintage hardshell case included.
