A true vintage, black beauty made in Japan & loaded with a trio of tremendous sounding Seymour Duncan humbuckers that deliver rich, robust tones. The set neck is silky smooth & plays great anywhere on the fretboard. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action so it's ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches & some finish wear. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with an ultra cool vibe & nice patina.
Neck: Slender profile maple neck with nicely aged white binding & black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl block inlays. Frets show a bit of wear, but have plenty of life in them. Bound headstock with mother of pearl split diamond inlays. Unoriginal Grover Rotomatic tuners. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Solid maple body with 7-ply top binding & 5-ply back binding. Stopbar tailpiece & ABR-1 style bridge with nickel hardware. 5-ply black pickguard & gold strap buttons. Guitar weighs 9 lbs 13.2 oz.
Electronics: Three Seymour Duncan humbuckers with black bezels & chrome covers. Bridge - Saturday Night Special; Middle - SH-1B ('59); Neck - SH-55 (Seth Lover). Dual volume & tone controls with black "top hat" knobs. 3-way toggle switch & single-ply black jackplate. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Unoriginal hardshell case included.
