An excellent player's grade 6120 finishsed in classic orange & featuring a pair of later-period "blacktop" FilterTrons. Professionally set up & ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Really nice shape overall for its age with the typical binding deterioration throughout. Also various surface scratches & weather checking.
Neck: Maple neck with nicely aged cream binding & red side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl thumbnail inlays. Frets are in great shape with practically no wear. Bound headstock with Chet Atkins Nashville Model plaque - one rivet is missing. Grover open-gear tuners work perfectly. 1 11/16" nut width with zero fret; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Double-cutaway, hollow maple body with simulated F-holes. Missing pickguard & bridge mute. Bigsby tremolo tailpiece with Rocking Bar bridge on an ebony base. Bound top & back. Back pad is in good shape with all its snaps. Gold hardware has tarnished some over the years. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 5.7 oz.
Electronics: FiterTron "blacktop" humbuckers with gold bezels. Master volume & individual pickup volume controls with "G" Arrow knobs. 3-way pickup, tone & standby switches. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Vintage Gretsch hardshell case included.
