A rare Guild Nightbird II featuring an absolutely gorgeous flame maple top under a stunning orange sunburst finish. Loaded with a pair of EMG's with active electronics that deliver rich, dynamic tones. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action, so it plays & sounds fantastic!
Cosmetic Condition: Terrific condition for its age with only light play wear - a couple of minor dents & dings along with mild surface scratches. Overall the guitar is very clean & looks marvelous.
Neck: Mahogany neck with cream binding & black side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl inlays. Frets are in great shape with practically no wear. Bound headstock with Guild mother of pearl inlays. Grover Rotomatic tuners & Nightbird truss rod cover. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works perfectly.
Body: Solid mahogany body with highly flamed maple top in orange sunburst finish & 8-ply binding. Stop tailpiece & six-saddle adjustable bridge with gold hardware. Small tortoise pickguard with 5-ply binding. Guitar weighs 9 lbs 4.1 oz.
Electronics: Dual EMG humbuckers with active electronics. Master volume & tone controls with black knurled knobs. The tone control is push/pull for coil tapping. 3-way pickup selector & 2-way mini toggle for phase. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
