Description

A mojo-filled beauty with fantastic playability & a robust voice. This lovely D12-20 is an absolute joy to play, with comfortable action & full-bodied resonance. A lightweight design makes it a joy to play for hours at a time, delivering a rich, shimmering tone that is well balanced. Professionally set up with fresh strings so it's ready to play straight out of the case.

Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches & some weather checking. There's a tiny crack in the top that runs under the pickguard that was glued & cleated & another crack along the bass-side of the headstock that was also professionally repaired. A series of letters & numbers was carved into the back of the headstock. That same series was carved into the bottom of the case.

Neck: Mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Slotted headstock with side-mounted tuners & pearloid buttons. 1 7/8" nut width; 25" scale length. Neck is straight & plays well up & down the fretboard.

Body: Double-bound, slope shoulder dreadnought in natural finish. Solid spruce top with unoriginal tortoise pickguard & multi-ring rosette. Rosewood bridge & end pins with abalone dot inlays. Solid mahogany back & sides with checkered center strip. There are no electronics & the guitar weighs 4 lbs 5.1 oz.

Case: Original hardshell case included with one missing foot.
