An absolutely gorgeous Adamas 1687-8 featuring a carbon top & deep bowl. This stunning acoustic / electric delivers a warm, rich tone with incredible sound projection & clarity. The mahogany neck is ultra comfortable & plays perfectly up & down the fretboard. Beautiful appointments include headstock & bridge carvings along with rope body binding. Cosmetic Condition: Used, but not abused, with some signs of play wear - there are a couple of deep scratches in the bowl back & a couple of small pieces of the wooden leaves are missing from the treble-side. Throughout the rest of the guitar there are various minor nicks, dents & dings along with surface scratches. Overall the guitar looks nice & has a great vibe to it.
Neck: Soft V-shaped mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with Adamas inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Gold Ovation diecast tuners in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 5/16" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Carbon top in a light blue burst finish with "rope" binding. Rosewood bridge with intricate carvings & compensated bridge. Multiple circle soundholes with leaf designs. Deep bowl body with copper sparkle finish. Guitar weighs 6 lbs even.
Electronics: Internal electronics with master volume & tone controls.
Case: Unoriginal chipboard case included.
