Description
Founded by David Wintz & located in Houston, Texas, Robin built basses until 1997. This super cool Ranger Series features a silky smooth maple neck bolted to a light weight ash body in a natural, satin finish. Loaded with both P & J bass style single coils for robust, dynamic tones. Fully inspected & professionally set up ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Great shape for its age & only gently used with some mild play wear - various tiny dents & dings along with surface scratches.
Neck: Rounded maple neck with white side-dots. Dark rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets are clean with no wear. Reverse headstock with round string tree & open-gear "clover" tuners. 1 5/8" nut width; 34" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Contoured, solid ash body in natural finish. Top-loading bridge with four adjustable saddles. Single-ply black pickguard & chrome hardware. Bass weighs 8 lbs 2 oz.
Electronics: P & J bass single coils with 3-way selector switch. Master volume & tone controls with knurled knobs. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: SKB hardshell case included.
