Description
Condition: This is an awesome vintage Belmont and a highly sough after 2-pickup model! Very good condition for its age. Various surface scratches, nicks, dings, dents and consistent weather checking give this guitar and awesome vintage vibe and tons of character! Fingerboard and frets have moderate play wear and plenty of life left in them. Neck is very straight with extremely comfortable action. The bridge is unoriginal though probably intonates better than the original. The pickups do show somewhat high ohm readings though they both sound excellent with great output. The tone control rolls off volume and highs on the bridge pickup, less so on the neck pickup. All parts are original and in good working condition.
Body: Double-bound body with arched spruce top and maple back and sides in sunburst finish. Binding has developed a gorgeous patina. The sides and back have some beautiful subtle flame figuring! Trapeze tailpiece, rosewood-based TOM bridge, clear control knobs, dual “F” holes and original tortoise pickguard in great shape.
Lower Bout: 16” wide x 3 3/8” deep.
Upper Bout: 11 ¾” wide x 3 3/8” deep.
Neck: Two-piece maple neck with gorgeous flame figuring on the bass side (see photos), bound rosewood fingerboard, pearloid block inlays and a 1 13/16” nut. Nickel tuners with ivoroid buttons, 25.5” scale length.

Neck: 29.2K Ohms.
Bridge: 192K Ohms.
Weight: 6lbs, 7.5oz.
Playability/Sound: This is a gorgeous sounding archtop guitar. The DeArmond pickups offer a very rich tone that can produce anything from a bright sparkle to a warm, mellow tone. The neck is exceptionally comfortable and suitable for any playing style.
