Description
What makes this guitar special: Famously played by Radiohead’s Jonny Greenwood, these Telecaster Plus’s are increasingly rare and sought after, especially in the early pickup configuration like this one. It sports a Dually Red/Red Lace Sensor in the bridge, with options of individual coils or a humbucking sound, and a Blue Lace Sensor in the bridge. The TBX tone control delivers a convenient roll off of both high or low end when you need it, and the variance in pickup selection allows for loads of tonal versatility. The ebony frost finish is super cool as well-it looks black from a distance but up close has some green that shines through. As always, a professional setup is included, so all you gotta do is tune it.
Cosmetic condition: Used but not abused with plenty of real deal wear throughout. Various scratches, dents, dings, nicks, chips, and scuffs, with mild oxidation on the hardware.
Body: Solid body in ebony frost finish with 3-ply white pickguard. String through bridge with six individually adjustable saddles.
Weight: 8 lb, 11.6 oz
Neck: C-shaped solid maple neck with black side dots, black dot inlays, and rosewood skunk stripe. 1 11/16” nut width, 25 1/2" scale length. Maple fingerboard is in good shape, with a few areas of wear in the clear coat. Frets show some light wear but have a lot of life left. Chrome sealed Fender tuners work great. Neck is straight and truss rod functions as it should.
Electronics: Dually Red/Red Lace Sensor in the bridge (26.62k ohms, Bridge-15.45k, Middle-15.65k) with 3-way selector switch, and Blue Lace Sensor pickup in the neck position (13.05k ohms). 3-way pickup selector switch and knurled chrome control knobs, 1x tone w/TBX control, 1x volume.
Case: Unoriginal hard shell case included.
