Description

What makes this guitar special: Hand-built in the USA from premium components and quality hardwoods, McInturff guitars have developed a cult following for their exceptional playability and value. This piece is no exception. Solid mahogany construction provides a slightly darker, ultra-resonant sound, while the Seth Lover humbuckers deliver all the sound of a classic PAF. The slim neck and deep cutaway ensure effortless access to the entire upper register, sure to have you playing for hours. Professionally inspected and setup by our expert in-house luthier, ready to go right out of the case.

Cosmetic condition: Great shape for its age, with some light wear throughout. Various light scratches, dents, and dings are present, along with some pickwear on the top and a single chip in the finish on the face of the headstock. The hardware shows some minor oxidation, and there are a few spots of finish checking, most notably on the back of the neck behind the headstock.

Body: One piece mahogany body with black pickup bezels, Tune-O-Matic bridge, and chrome stopbar tailpiece.

Weight: 7 lb, 11.6 oz

Neck: Slim one-piece mahogany neck with pearl side dots and pearl dot inlays. Beautifully variegated rosewood fingerboard is in awesome shape, and frets show only light wear with a lot of life left. 1 3/4" nut width, 25” scale length. Black headstock overlay with cursive Terry C. McInturff signature. Chrome sealed tuners work great. Neck is straight and truss rod is functional. Neck thickness measures .88” at the 1st fret, and .9” at the 12th.

Electronics: Dual Seymour Duncan Seth Lover humbuckers (Bridge8.87k ohms, Neck-7.53k ohms) with 3-way pickup selector switch and black speed knobs, 1x tone, 1x volume.

Case: Original hard shell case included.
