What makes this guitar special: A faithful recreation of one of Fender’s all-time greats, featuring a slab rosewood fingerboard, classic sunburst finish, and Spaghetti headstock logo. This one was certainly player owned, showcasing plenty of wear consistent with usage throughout, and visible finish checking. The previous owner upgraded the pickups with a set of Fender Custom Shop single coils, which sound absolutely great. Professionally inspected and setup by the experts at Cream City Music, it will arrive ready to play.
Cosmetic condition: This one shows plenty of wear consistent with usage-there are various scratches, dents, dings, nicks, chips, and scuffs present, with visible buckle rash on the back of the guitar, and a handful of areas of finish wear. Much of the body showcases some light finish checking. The tuners are replacement reproduction tuners, however, there were holes drilled for a previous set of tuners at some point. There is some chipping around the truss rod access, however, this doesn’t affect the functionality of the truss rod at all. The frets are worn down to “fretless wonder” territory, and while all notes intonate properly up and down the length of the neck, there is noticeable light fret buzz present in a few areas. The pickguard is unoriginal, and there are additional drilled mounting holes around the edges beneath the guard. The neck screws were overtightened at some point, as a result there is some bending on the top corners of the neck plate. The guitar and case both carry a light nicotine odor as well.
Body: Contoured double cutaway alder body in sunburst finish with 3-ply white pickguard. String-through bridge with individually adjustable saddles.

Neck: C/D shaped solid maple neck with rosewood slab fingerboard. Aged white side dots and clay dot inlays. 1 5/8” nut width, 25 1/2" scale length. Unoriginal vintage reproduction tuners work great. Fingerboard is in great shape. Frets show notable wear, but are level. Neck is straight and truss rod is functional.
Electronics: Replacement Fender Custom Shop single coil pickups (Neck-5.89k ohms, Middle-5.88k ohms, Bridge-6.31k ohms) with 5-way pickup selector switch and white skirted knobs, 2x tone, 1x volume.
Case: Black Fender hard shell case included. Case shows wear similar to the guitar, but is in good overall shape.
