Description
What makes this guitar special: Well-worn with an authentic "relic" look & an amazing sound to boot. Bright, punchy & powerful tone with a warm, rich resonance. A super player with many more years ahead of it. Vintage-looking tobacco sunburst finish with Herringbone purfling & rosette really round out the package. Don't miss out on a great opportunity to own a hand-crafted, boutique acoustic. Professionally set up by Cream City Music, guaranteed to play as well as you can.
Cosmetic Condition: This was obviously someone's "go to" guitar, as evidenced by the various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, finish wear & light checking. The guitar has a cool "broken in" look to it which we think adds to its charm.
Neck: Semi-chunky, soft V-shaped mahogany neck with ivoroid binding & black side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl Santa Cruz logo in the 12th fret. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Santa Cruz branded open-gear tuners in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" bone nut; 25 1/2" scale length.
Body: Double bound, dreadnought body finished in tobacco sunburst. Solid spruce top with ebony bridge & end pins. Compensated bone saddle & tortoise pickguard. Herringbone purfling & rosette. Solid rosewood back & sides with zig zag center strip. Guitar weighs 4 lbs 6.1 oz.
Pickup: After-market K&K Pure passive pickup with single volume control.
Case: Metro Humi-Case included.
