Description: 2008 Zane Beck S-12 BMI SD 12 12-String Custom Built 4X5 Pedal Steel Electric Guitar
Condition: Excellent! There are a few tiny surface scratches and dings throughout the instrument. Overall it is very clean! Fingerboard is immaculate. All mechanical components are original, of exceptional quality and in perfect working condition. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Console: Black mica console with birdseye maple front apron and neck with exquisite figuring and inlay details. Entire body is cased in aluminum. Custom arm pad, 1 inch raised neck with metal fingerboard, multicolored fret markers, aluminum saddle fingers and a 3 1/8” metal roller nut. Keyless tuners, 24” scale length.
Knee Levers/Pulls: 4 floor pedals, 5 knee levers with super sustain kit.
Pickups/Electronics: All pull changer with power boost triple-coil pickup and a 3-way pickup switch.
Tuning: This pedal steel is set up for an E9 tuning with added 6th.
Playability/Sound: This is one of the finest pedal steels we’ve had in the shop in terms of quality, playability and sound. The pulls and levers have all been designed for the utmost in control and fine tuning ability. The pickup provides phenomenal tones and the 12-string neck is very comfortable to play.
Case: Includes original hardshell case and bag for pull rods, pedals and legs. Included in the case is a document explaining the features and history of the guitar and a tool for changing strings and adjusting intonation.
