What’s special about this guitar: This is a great playing 57 American Vintage Reissue Strat in great overall shape! This guitar does a beautiful job of recreating a 57 Strat with the body contours, neck shape and a fantastic set of pickups. Among this guitar’s great features are a nitrocellulose lacquer finish, very comfortable “V” shaped neck and Fender American Vintage single-coil Strat pickups. This guitar sounds every bit as good as it looks!
Condition: There are only a few very light and minor surface scratches throughout the instrument. The protective plastic wrap is still intact on the back cover plate! Fingerboard and frets have hardly any play wear and tons of life left in them. The neck is nice and straight with very comfortable action and the truss rod functions perfectly. All electronics and parts are original and in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid contoured alder body in a beautiful candy apple red finish. Vintage-dtyle synchronized tremolo bridge with six individual saddles and a trem arm. Skirted aged white plastic control knobs and a single-ply white pickguard.
Neck: Super comfortable “V” shaped maple neck with a maple fingerboard. Black dot inlays and a 1 11/16” nut. Vintage-style nickel tuners, 25.5” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Original Fender Vintage Strat Single-Coil pickups in the neck, middle and bridge with master volume control, dual tone controls and a 3-way selector switch.
