Once you power on the Aurelius, you'll notice it has a mini toggle switch that allows you to select between three stellar modulation effects. When set to V, this pedal delivers a classic chorus/vibrato with a triangle LFO, and it's great for adding texture to your tone. With the toggle on C, the Aurelius dishes out a warm chorus/flanger effect with a sine wave LFO, giving it a slower, smoother sound than the Vibrato setting. The final mode, R, emulates the instantly-recognizable whir of a Leslie rotary speaker.
Aside from the different modes, the Aurelius sports an intuitive 4-knob interface that makes it easy to dial in a great sound. The Rate and Width knobs set the speed and amplitude of the LFO, respectively, while the Balance knob serves as a wet/dry blend.
