King's personal favorite features. Skillfully crafted with a 5-ply Layered maple body, this guitar has a delightfully complex tone that blends a full-bodied low end with crisp, biting highs. And don't let its appearance fool you - even though it lacks F-holes like most ES guitars, this is a semi-hollow. B.B. King requested his ES guitars not to have F-holes to help reduce the possibility of feedback.
