The Uptown Kat ES represents a new era for Epiphone semi-hollow guitars. The Uptown Kat features the all-new Epiphone ProBucker FB720 mini humbuckers, which deliver tone reminiscent of Gibson's sought-after PAF humbuckers. With their sand cast Alnico II magnets, high-quality 4 conductor lead wire, and vacuum wax potted design ensures clarity, transparency, and the true tone of a late '50s/early '60s Gibson. It also features pearloid block inlays, Sapphire Blue Metallic finish, chrome hardware, and a Trapeze tailpiece, giving it a vintage-style look to match its tone. And with a mahogany Slim Taper "C" shaped neck, and 12" radius, 22-fret Ebony fingerboard, your fretting hand will feel right at home. The Uptown Kat ES is a remarkable semi-hollow Epiphone with a cool vintage aesthetic, high-quality tone, and top-notch playability.
