These are excellent pickups that provide an extra layer of tonal versatility, and you'll only find them in the American Performers. Plus, the Greasebucket tone circuitry makes it easy to contour your high-end without affecting other frequencies. The American Performer Jazzmaster also features a modern "C" shaped neck, 22 jumbo frets, and a 9.5" radius rosewood fingerboard, which all contribute to the guitar's remarkable playability and rock-solid in-hand feel.
