This all-new American Vintage II 1975 Telecaster Deluxe pays tribute to those early-year guitars, and it's great for anyone seeking that vintage '70s Fender sound.
The '75 Telecaster Deluxe features a 3-way toggle on the upper bout and dual volume and tone controls mounted to a stylish, elongated pickguard, just like the original. Its alder body gives it that classic fender "spank" with punchy upper mids and snappy trebles, and its 6-Saddle hardtail bridge with stainless steel saddles offers exceptional sustain. And thanks to its '75 "C" shaped hard rock maple neck, 9.5" radius maple fingerboard, and medium jumbo frets, this axe plays exceptionally well.
The Telecaster Deluxe features a pair of Wide Range humbuckers that give it a rich vintage voice, making it perfect for rock, blues, and everything in between. To create an authentic Wide-Range humbucker, Fender resurrected CuNiFe magnets, which had been out of production since 1981, and are essential to recreating that old-school Tele Deluxe sound.
Complete with period-correct Tele Deluxe tuners, a "Bullet" style truss rod nut, and a three-bolt neck plate with a Micro-Tilt™ mechanism, this guitar is perfect for Fender fans seeking a premium guitar with a remarkable vintage sound.
