Its rift-sawn maple neck features an 11/56 Off-center "V" profile, a vintage compound radius fingerboard, and 21 medium vintage frets, all of which make for an impeccable playing experience. Guitarists will also appreciate its Relic treatment, which gives it the look and feel of a battle-worn Fender with plenty of mileage behind it.
Powering the Tomatillo Blackguard Telecaster is a pair of hand-wound Tomatillo Tele pickups that deliver a delightfully flavorful tone. Hooked up to '51 Modified Nocaster wiring, these pickups pump out a bright, twangy sound that'll take you right back to Fender's early years. A Fat '50s control assembly ships in the case for musicians who prefer that sound and style.
