A fantastic tonal alternative from the popular Multiac series, the Godin ACS-SA has quickly become a favorite for fingerstyle players, but works just as well for players of many different types. Built with a thicker top than the Multiacs, and in cedar rather than spruce, this guitar produces a tone much more centered on the fundamental than overtones, providing a very clean response with tight, focused bass and a fantastic percussive nature. The medium thickness, oval-shape mahogany neck is very comfortable and with its 1 7/8” nut width, has more than enough fretboard real estate for excellent fingerstyle articulation. In addition, the ACS-SA comes equipped with the highly regarded Custom RMC electronics that allow players ultimate control over compatible synths.

Players seeking a similar build but with a smaller nut width (1.715”) should also consider the ACS-SA Slim.
