This is a brand new G6117T-HT model Gretsch that we've outfitted with a set of new set TV Jones Classic pickups. "BNM" stands for "Brand New Modded"! The pickups were professionally installed by our in house luthiers. This takes this gutiar to a new level of tone and style!.
This is the classic 1965 spec Anniversary model G6117T-HT in sunburst finish from the Gretsch Professional Series. The new G6117T "Anni" recreates the look sound and feel of an old Gretsch but with modern dependability and durability. The voice of the guitar is clear and clean with excellent note definition and great playability. The G6117T-HT features 1959 style Trestle bracing which adds rigidity to the top without impeding resonation. This extra support tightens up the sound a bit and makes it a great choice for rock & blues. This guitar is pure Gretsch quality with top notch fretwork and neck angle providing the perfect playability that the Gretsch Professional Collection is known for.
