It has a pleasantly lo-fi sound that recalls the simple entry-level flat tops of the 1940s. Its voice is woody and punchy and works remarkably well with fingerstyle and blues playing.
It doesn't just sound nice, though - its playability far exceeds its vintage counterparts. Its "C"-shaped nato neck and 12"-radius walnut fingerboard have a comfy, familiar feel, and its compact size makes it ideal for players seeking a small-bodied, lightweight acoustic.
