Martin Konter Ukulele Koa Soprano Uke

We're sorry. This item is no longer in stock.

Martin's Konter Ukulele is a replica of one of the most valuable ukuleles in the world. It gets its name from Richard Konter, also known as "Ukulele Dick." Konter went on an expedition to the North Pole in 1926, during which his ukulele was signed by all 45 crew members. It amassed further signatures ater a trip to the White House, being signed by the likes of Theodore Roosevelt Jr. and Amelia Earhart. This replica of that storied ukulele includes all 155 signatures, laser-etched into the beautiful koa soprano body for maximum authenticity and practicality. Also included is a replica of the original interior label, as well as vintage style violin peg tuners and a smooth playing East Indian Rosewood fingerboard. This is easily the most unique-looking ukulele that's come through Cream City Music, and we'd love for you to see, and play it yourself
