Cosmetic Condition: Used, but not abused, with typical mild play wear - various minor nicks, dents & dings along with scratches.
Neck: Mahogany neck with cream binding & black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with abalone inlay in the 12th fret. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Bound headstock with abalone inlays. Chrome diecast tuners with gold buttons. There is a plaque on the back of the headstock that reads "Alvarez Commemorative Issue St. Louis Music, Inc. 1922-1997." 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Double-bound, dreadnought body with Florentine cutaway. Solid spruce top with abalone purfling. Rosewood bridge with clear pickguard & abalone rosette. Mahogany back & sides. There are no electronics & the guitar weighs 4 lbs 12.3 oz.
Case: Hardshell case included.
