What makes this guitar special: This Carvin has an absolutely gorgeous flame maple top that is perfectly expressed by its Deep Green finish. The Hexaphonic pickup system and controls in this guitar provide it exceptional range for a classical and can go from a natural sounding acoustic to a thoroughly EQed and customized electric. Even for a classical-style, its neck plays surprisingly easy and with a perfectly contoured heel, plays effortlessly up through the cutaway. Plus, it is incredibly clean for a used guitar and will make a versatile addition to any roster.
Condition: This guitar is in excellent condition overall. There are a few small dings, dents, scuffs, and light scratches, but it is still in fantastic shape for a used guitar and it shows. The frets show almost no wear whatsoever and still have a full lifetime of playing left in them. The neck is comfortable and the truss rod is functioning.
Body: Single cutaway chambered mahogany body with AAAA flamed maple top in Deep Green Flame finish. Natural body binding. Standard classical bridge. Gold knurled chrome control knobs.
Neck: Slim to medium depth D shape mahogany neck and 20” radius ebony fingerboard. 1.88” Tusq nut. 21 medium jumbo frets. 3-per-side gold classical tuning machines.
Electronics: Graphtech Hexaphonic pickup. Graphtech preamp, stacked volume for Hexaphonic MIDI and piezo (untested MIDI/Synth output), stacked treble and bass cut/boost, stacked mid cut/boost and sweep.

Playability/Sound: For a classical-style neck shape and profile, it plays surprisingly easy. The pickup translates tone beautifully, carrying a natural classical sound to an electric environment, yet with the extensive controls, can be dialed in to work in a variety of settings.
