Designed & hand-assembled in Gunnison, CO, the Dobrato is Castle Creek Guitar's original acoustic/electric resophonic guitar design. The unique addition of a Bigsby vibrato tailpiece & original B-Bender arm allows you to create your own voice in all styles of play. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action, so it plays & sounds fantastic!
Cosmetic Condition: Exceptionally clean & still like new.
Neck: Soft V-shaped African mahogany neck with cream binding & black side-dots. East Indian rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dot inlays. Nickel frets are clean with no wear. Slotted headstock with mother of pearl Dobrato inlay. Grover V97-18N 18:1 ratio tuners. 1 3/4" width bone nut; 25" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod functions perfectly.
Body: Double-bound, hollow body with bound F-hole. African mahogany top, back & sides finished in Vintage Sunburst with spruce & maple bracing. Bigsby B5 vibrato tailpiece with B-Bender. Biscuit 9 1/2" Beard cone with ebony on maple saddle. Nickel plated brass coverplate. Guitar weighs 5 lbs 15.2 oz.
Electronics: Fishman PRO- RES-BIS passive pickup.
