Ceriatone's take on the iconic Dumble ODS amps, this amp offers the same smooth midrange and any-volume overdrive of its inspiration. Aside from a missing back panel, the amp is in excellent condition. It has been cleaned and tested. It is fully functional and sounds great. Includes original footswitch.

The Ceriatone Overtone Special 50 represents our personal take on one of the most famous (and expensive) guitar amplifiers of all-time.
The Overtone Special captures the same magic, and gives the player a myriad of tones all under one hood. The clean channel is incredibly full sounding, without being overly dark or tubby. Compared to quintessential "Blackface" amplifiers, the OTS has less midrange scoop, a broader bottom, and sweeter highs. It also transitions into mild clipping more gradually and sweetly. The overdrive channel is fat, singing, and incredibly detailed. Every nuance of your playing will shine through, and the responsiveness and harmonic complexity of the amplifier will breathe new life into your playing.
While we have many versions within our Overtone series, the standard Overtone Special is likely the most versatile option for the player searching to find their own unique voice. In addition, we have labored carefully to select the finest components to suit the design. As with all Ceriatone amplifiers, it uses our specially designed, custom transformers for superior reliability, frequency response, and feel.
