Description
The Danelectro Longhorn Baritone in Copperburst follows the same formula that made the original designs stand out; lightweight construction, unconventional styling, and a distinct tonal range. The semi-hollow plywood frame with hardboard top keeps the response open and resonant, while the extended 29.72" scale places it between a standard baritone and short-scale bass. Tuned B-B, it covers low-end territory without losing the feel of a guitar.
This model is equipped with dual high-output lipstick pickups, delivering a clear, percussive response with a defined low end and bright top. The control layout uses stacked volume and tone knobs for each pickup, keeping things compact while still offering flexibility. The modern adjustable bridge allows for more precise intonation compared to earlier designs. It has been professionally inspected and set up.
