The Excel SS has re-asserted itself as a modern standout. A 15" wide single-cutaway semi-hollow body, the SS is lightweight, punchy & versatile. The double humbuckers sound fantastic & offer warm, rich tones. Professionally set up & ready to play upon arrival.
Cosmetic Condition: Excellent condition overall with some mild surface scratches.
Neck: Slender profile maple neck with multi-layer cream binding & black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl block inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Bound headstock with mother of pearl inlays. Grover tuners work perfectly. 1 11/16" nut width; 25" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Semi-hollow, flame maple body with bound F-holes. Multi-layer top & back binding. Art Deco stairstep tailpiece with Tune-O-Matic bridge & black hardware. 5-ply black pickguard. Guitar weighs 6 lbs 10.9 oz.
Electronics: Double humbuckers with black bezels. Both pickups measure about 8.79K ohms. Dual volume & tone controls with 3-way toggle switch. There is no coil tapping & all electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
