Description

What makes this guitar special: This banjo was designed for guitar players who want to take advantage of classic banjo tone without having to learn new chords and positions. It is incredibly easy to play and the neck is as comfortable as a standard acoustic or electric guitar. The body is considerably lighter than a full-on banjo as well, weighing in at just under seven pounds. The way the tailpiece is designed allows players to use traditional loop end strings as well as ball end strings, which is far less limiting than having to find one or the other in a pinch. Professionally inspected and setup by our in-house luthier, and ready to play out of the case!

Cosmetic condition: This one shows some standard playwear, with light surface scratches and marks from handling present throughout. There is also one notable chip on the back of the body, and some minor tarnishing on the hardware.

Body: Closed-back cream-bound mahogany resonator with one-piece flange/rim. Remo 11” head. Maple and rosewood bridge. Covered string-through tailpiece.

Weight: 7 lb, 0.7 oz

Neck: C shape mahogany neck and bound rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays and dotted Dean logo in the 12th. Chrome sealed tuning machines and chrome buttons. 1 11/16” plastic nut. 24 3/4" scale length. Black headstock overlay with pearl Dean logo and wings. Neck is straight and truss rod is functional.

Case: Original hard shell case included.
