If you've been chasing that classic '60s SG vibe, the Epiphone 1964 SG Standard Reissue with Maestro Vibrola nails it. Inspired by the same model George Harrison and Eric Clapton made famous, this one's built for players who want vintage looks and feel without the vintage price tag. It's got all the right stuff; the long neck tenon, the Cherry Red finish, and that sleek Maestro Vibrola that's way more reliable than the old Sideways version.
Under the hood, you're getting serious tone too. It's loaded with USA Gibson Custombucker pickups with Alnico 3 magnets, wired up with CTS pots, Black Beauty caps, and a Switchcraft toggle. That means fat, clear humbucker sounds that'll cover just about anything you throw at it, whether you're gigging or recording. The SlimTaper neck feels fast and comfy, and the bound rosewood board adds that nice broken-in feel right out of the case.
It's super comfortable to play, thanks to the lightweight two-piece mahogany body and deep vintage-style bevels. Tuning stays rock solid with Vintage Deluxe tuners, and the nickel hardware and vintage gloss finish really round it out. Plus, it comes with a hardshell case that looks sharp and keeps it safe.
