Description
The 2024 Epiphone Thunderbird '64 in Ember Red stays close to the original formula; reverse body shape, neck-through construction, and dual humbuckers. It's built with a nine-ply mahogany and walnut neck-through core with mahogany body wings, giving it a consistent response across the neck and solid sustain. The design follows the early '60s Thunderbird layout without adding extra features.
This example is equipped with a pair of ProBucker 760 Bass humbuckers and a standard two volume, master tone control layout. The response is thick in the low end with a focused midrange and clear top. Hardware follows the vintage format with a tune-o-matic style bridge and claw tailpiece. It has been professionally inspected and set up.
