The Fender American Professional Classic Stratocaster Maple in Faded Lake Placid Blue blends vintage-inspired Fender character with the comfort and reliability expected from a modern professional instrument. Its alder body, maple fingerboard, mint green pickguard, and aged white plastics give it a classic look, while the Modern "C" neck and updated hardware make it a practical choice for gigging, recording, rehearsals, and everyday playing. Coastline '57 Stratocaster single-coils provide the clear, articulate response players expect from a traditional Strat, with enough punch and sparkle to cover clean rhythm work, blues, rock, and more.
The maple neck features a satin urethane finish, 9.5" fingerboard radius, and 22 medium jumbo frets for a familiar feel that works equally well for chords, bends, and lead playing. Fender's staggered ClassicGear tuners combine vintage styling with dependable tuning stability, while the six-saddle vintage-style synchronized tremolo keeps the setup traditional and responsive. The Greasebucket tone circuit on the bridge pickup lets you roll off highs without adding excessive low-end muddiness, making the control layout a little more useful in real-world playing.
