Description
Fender Japan recently reissued these super cool Strats, but here's an original USA-made version direct from the '80s! HSS pickup configuration for extreme tone & fitted with a Kahler Spyder double-locking tremolo system. All wrapped up in a hot Razzberry finish, professionally set up & ready to rock straight out of the case!
Cosmetic Condition: Great shape for its age with only very mild play wear - various tiny nicks, dings & surface scratches, but pretty clean overall.
Neck: Wide, flatter profile maple neck with rosewood fingerboard & pearloid dot inlays. Frets are clean with no wear. Gotoh tuners & Kahler locking nut. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine. Curved neck heel & plate for playing comfort.
Body: Contoured, solid alder body in Razzberry finish. USA Kahler Spyder tremolo bridge with adjustable locking saddles & black hardware. Trem arm is included. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 2.6 oz.
Electronics: HSS pickup configuration with 2-way mini toggle for coil splitting. Two Fender single coils with a DiMarzio bridge humbucker. Master volume & dual tone controls with 5-way pickup selector. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included along with matching nylon strap.
