Description
Fender's Kingman Bass is a bass that fuses the style of Fender's California Player Series electrics with acoustic elements. This short-scale acoustic-electric bass has a solid spruce top and laminated mahogany back and sides that connect with a smooth-playing Jazz Bass neck, giving it bold Fender acoustic tone and effortless playability. "X" bracing in the body, plus Graph Tech NuBone nut and an excellent Fishman preamp system mean this bass has resonant, lively tone whether it's plugged-in or otherwise.
Cosmetic Condition: Excellent overall condition. The bass does have several light surface scratches throughout its body, but none of these go through to the wood, and they're not very noticeable without direct light. Plus, it comes with fresh strings and low action, courtesy of Cream City Music's Signature Setup.
Neck: Mahogany neck with Satin Urethane finish, walnut fingerboard, 30.3" scale length, block inlays, and 20 frets.
Body: Solid spruce top with laminated mahogany back/sides, modern viking bridge, and 3-Ply Gold pickguard.
Electronics: Fishman preamp system with side-mounted controls.
Case: Original Fender gig bag included.
