A marvelous & faithful recreation of a 1960 Les Paul Standard direct from Gibson's Custom Shop. This gorgeous example is finished in Desert Burst & shows off some lovely flame figuring in the top. The smooth, slender profile neck plays exceptionally well up & down the fretboard. The double humbuckers sound fantastic - warm, rich & creamy with unmatched sustain & muscular tone. The guitar has been professionally inspected & set up by the experts at Cream City Music, so it's ready for action straight out of the case!
Cosmetic Condition: Superb condition & very clean overall with only some mild surface scratches.
Neck: Slender profile, one-piece mahogany neck with cream binding & tortoise side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl trapezoid inlays. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Kluson Deluxe tuners with double-ring Keystone buttons. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: One-piece, solid mahogany body with flame maple top finished in Desert Burst. Stopbar tailpiece & ABR-1 bridge with nickel hardware. Single-ply cream pickguard & jack plate. Guitar weighs 8 lbs 13.5 oz
Electronics: Gibson Custom Buckers with nickel covers & cream bezels. Dual volume & tone controls with gold "top hat" knobs & silver inserts. 3-way toggle switch & "bumble bee" caps. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included along with COA & original hang tags.
