This magnificent Custom Shop Firebird VII exudes all the hallmarks of the original early '60s models right down to the reverse body & headstock with "banjo" style tuners. The trio of mini humbuckers sound amazing & deliver those signature Firebird tones we've come to admire. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action so it's ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Intentionally "aged" at the factory to give it that slightly worn "vintage" look - various little nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & aged hardware.
Neck: 5-piece mahogany neck with cream binding & black side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl block inlays. Frets are clean with no wear. Reverse headstock with "banjo" tuners. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 2/3" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Neck-thru design with solid mahogany wings & sunburst finish top. Lyre-engraved Maestro tremolo tailpiece with ABR-1 bridge & nickel hardware. 3-ply white pickguard with red Firebird logo. Guitar weighs 8 lbs 13.6 oz.
Electronics: Three Gibson mini humbuckers with 3-way toggle switch. Dual volume & tone controls with gold "top hat" knobs. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included with COA & hang tags.
