The Gibson ES-339 is a modern classic designed for those seeking the tone & look of an ES-335, but desire a slightly smaller, lighter instrument. The nicely rounded mahogany neck & double humbuckers remind players where it all started. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action so it plays & sounds amazing!
Cosmetic Condition: Excellent condition overall with some mild surface scratches.
Neck: Rounded "C" shape mahogany neck with cream binding & black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with acrylic dot inlays. Medium jumbo frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Grover Rotomatic tuners with Kidney buttons. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works perfectly.
Body: Semi-hollow maple body with dual F-holes. Single-ply cream binding on the top & back with some very light flame figuring in the body. Stopbar tailpiece & Tonepros AVR II bridge. 5-ply black pickguard & nickel hardware. Guitar weighs 6 lbs 12.7 oz & is exceptionally resonant!
Electronics: Gibson MHS II Rhythm & Lead humbuckers with 3-way toggle switch. Dual volume & tone controls with gold "top hat" reflector knobs. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included along with COA.
