The G-45 Standard is an all-new, high-quality, hand-made USA Gibson that is a great entry point for those who are new to Gibson acoustics. The G-45 Standard has a lively, well-rounded overall tone, with a sweet midrange and crystalline highs brought about by Walnut back/sides and a gloss-finished Sitka spruce top. Its round-shoulder dreadnought shape and non-scalloped X-bracing ensure you have plenty of projection, resonance, and bass response as well. The guitar’s Utile neck has an “Advanced Response” profile that’s akin to a “C” shape, offering players plenty of fretting-hand comfort, plus a hide glue dovetail neck joint for sturdy in-hand feel. Its straightforward design also includes Mini Grover Rotomatic tuners, Tear Drop pickguard, and Fishman Sonitone electronics with soundhole-mounted controls.
Cosmetic Condition: Excellent overall condition. This Gibson has a few minor surface scratches, but these are quite small and only show in direct light. Plus, it comes with fresh strings and low action, courtesy of Cream City Music's signature setup.
Neck: Utile neck with Advanced Response profile, 24.75" scale length, 16" radius Richlite fingerboard, 20 Standard frets, and 1.725" nut width.
Body: Round Shoulder Dreadnought body shape with Sitka Spruce top, Walnut back/sides, non-scalloped X bracing, and Antique Natural finish.
