Description
The J-15 is handcrafted from solid tonewoods, Sitka spruce top, walnut back and sides, and a maple neck. Built by Gibson's master-craftsmen using the same methods as all Gibson Acoustic models, the J-15 has a hand-fitted dovetail neck-to-body joint secured with hide glue. Finished with an LR Baggs Element pickup system.
Cosmetic Condition: Excellent overall condition, with mild surface scratches that only show in direct light. Plus, it comes with fresh strings and low action, courtesy of Cream City Music's signature setup.
Neck: 2-Piece maple neck with Slim Taper profile, Walnut fingerboard, 12" radius, 20 Standard frets, Tusq nut, 1.725" nut width, and mother of pearl dot inlays.
Body: "Acoustic" body shape with Sitka spruce top, Walnut back/sides, traditional hand-scalloped X-bracing, and Walnut Burst finish.
Electronics: Under-saddle LR Baggs Element pickup with 1 Volume control.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
